Vogue’s Best Dressed of 2010

US Vogue once again named their 10 Best Dressed of the Year with a special edition supplement featuring the Gossip Girl star Blake Lively on the cover shot by Mr. Patrick Demarchelier. Lively just graced the magazine’s cover June of this year.

America’s Next Top Model Cycle 15 Final 2 Portfolio Battle

And then there were two! Ann Ward and Chelsey Hersley are to battle it out on the final runway of Cycle 15, wearing Roberto Cavalli’s creations. Ann Ward sailed through the finale with a historic six first callouts in total, while Chelsey, who’s been consistent all through the cycle but never had a single FCO, impresses the judges with her determination and obvious knowledge of the industry. With the two girls battling it out for the title of America’s Next Top Model, who really deserves to win it? Whose portfolio is better, and whose performance will prevail in the end?

America’s Next Top Model Cycle 15 Final Four Episode with Franca Sozzani

For the third to the last episode of America’s Next Top Model, the final four girls will be shot by none other than Miss Tyra Banks who will be directing her first motion editorial entitled Disturbato. This episode will also determine the two girls who will be battling it out for the final runway as there will be a double elimination with Vogue Italia Editor-In-Chief Franca Sozzani as the guest judge.

America’s Next Top Model Cycle 15 Episode 10 Statue Photoshoot and Go-Sees

Next week will be showing the final five girls going into their go-sees which will determine their ability to book jobs! Who do you think will win this challenge? Will Kayla start to dominate the competition after getting the First Call Out from the last photoshoot? Will Ann’s confidence continously sink and shrink? Will Chelsey finally rise from the pack? Is Jane confident enough to battled it out and be on top? Is Chris still capable for lasting another week?

At the photoshoot, the final five will be photograped by resident judge Nigel Barker as statue. Who will get that first call out that could seal a final 4 appearance and probably a final runway appearance?

Danica Magpantay wins Ford Supermodel of the World Philippines!

UP Fine Arts student Danica Magpantay claimed the title of Ford Supermodel of the World-Philippines last Sunday,October 31st at the Mall of Asia Main Atrium to represent the country at the Ford Supermodel of the World Finals next year. She battled it out with 12 other hopefuls who’s age ranges from 14-21. She also won the ESAC Runway award.

First and second runner-up went to Sha Whitaker and Kim Fernandez respectively. Minor awards were given to Zane Espejon as the winner of the posing competition and Jane Pouler as the most photogenic.

She succeeded now Ford Model Charlene Almarvez who almost got the international title at the 2010 Ford Supermodel of the World.

Danica also happened to be the daughter of a former Supermodel of the World-Philippine delegate Lala Flores who won the Crest Best Smile Award at the international competition.
