Asia’s Next Top Model Episode 3 – Makeover and The Chinese Zodiac Shoot

At this week’s photoshoot, the girls were asked to embody Chinese Zodiacs wearing avante guard outfit from Tube Gallery and they were shot by international photographer Hakan Celebi. Who’s the zodiac that got a bad horoscope and went home?

Asia’s Next Top Model Episode 2 – Prada Shoot For Harper’s Bazaar

Episode two had its fair share of surprising conclusions. The girls had a fashion show for their challenge where Trang emerged as the winner (FYI: Trang was part of Vietnam’s Next Top Model Cycle 2) . During the photo shoot the girls were divided into three groups for a posed off in a Prada shoot for Harper’s Bazaar (how’s that?) portraying virtual princesses. Monica of Thailand had to quit after receiving news that her father is sick. At the judging panel, Rachel Erasmus (India) fainted and had to be taken out of the room for medical treatment. Here are the three group photos from this episode – was it a well deserved First Call Out for the girl who got it? Who should’ve left the competition?

Asia’s Next Top Model Episode 1 – Quirky Girls In Little India

The very first Asia’s Next Top Model had its premiere yesterday featuring 14 aspiring models from the far east and south east Asia. Former MTV Asia VJ Nadya Hutagalung served as the head judge and host at the same time with Fashion Director Daniey Boey, Model Joey Mead King and Fashion photographer Todd Anthony completing the panel of judges in choosing the next top model in this side of the world.

Their first photoshoot is all about being quirky and showing their personality. Do you think the right girl went home? Who are you rooting for to win at this early stage of the competition?

Asia’s Next Top Model – Who’s It Gonna Be?

Asian superbeauties will be battling it out for the first Pan-Asian version of the Next Top Model series.

The application for Asia’s Next Top Model has been extended until May 21, 2012. This is the chance of fierce Asians to be crowned the ultimate Asia’s Next Top Model and be the next big thing in fashion – hopefully to replicate the success of international Top Model alumnus like Patricia Van Der Vliet from Holland, Alice Burdeu and Montana Cox from the Australian version and share the spotlight from other Asian supermodels like FeiFei Sun and Liu Wen.

If you think you’ve got what it takes to be part of this very exciting show, you can still apply HERE.

FYI: You should be 18-27 years old and is at leat 5ft and 7inches tall. You must also speak in English to join the show!
