Cover Thursday: Lorde’s Melodrama Album Medley by Andre van Drunen

For my Cover Thursday this week, I’ll be featuring this medley by Andre van Drunen singing all of the song’s in Lorde’s latest release, Melodrama. It is also a way for me to honor said album because it only got a single Grammy nomination for Album of the Year. Seriously, what a travesty! I thought Lorde will be lording over the Grammy next year!

When I first heard @sarabareilles version of Chandelier I knew I had to sing it just like that. She used this instrument that seemed like a small guitar and It was so good that I literally had to discover it and buy it. It is called baritone ukulele and it gives an amazing sound. Thank you, Sara, for being such an inspiration to me through many years.
