I’m seriously gonna stalk Kindle Alexander now to press her to write like a hundred novels more! The Current Between Us is another lovely book from – oh, did I forget to say SUPER AUTHOR before the author’s name? Sorry. Lol

This wonderful novel invites us to the world of two very distinct and lovely characters. Gage Synclair to put it simply is a retiring photo-journalist in an Anderson Cooper kind of level but way younger and much hotter. Gage is now focusing on his art gallery featuring his stunning photos as he retired from the field. Come enter the sexy master electrician Trent Cooper contracted by the gallery – oh, and daddy of two adorable kids! From the onset – there was already sexual tension between them lusting over each other and finally realizing this could turn into something good. But as per usual, complications arises when you least expect it. Dang it! This magnitude of a complication threatens to destroy what they have and hurt the people they cared about. See, this was a really fascinating story of an ultra-rich journalist falling for the too-hot-for-his-own-good electrician father of two. I love that Trent’s responsible and has very sensitive side. He’s perfection and just drool-worthy! LOL. Gage on the other hand was equally dreamy but he’s almost too unfuckingbelievable with this billion-dollar worth of a family. Like Christian Grey-rich or something.

‘tis my fourth book from the author and I’m just so mesmerized by this story. It was so hard to put down so I actually skip my movie night with my girls just to finish this real quick and boy, was it worth it! The twist at the end was rather abrupt and kinda out of nowhere (well, that’s just for me – I figured that it has something to do with the report like someone will die or something but I didn’t really expect that) but I still loved that it’s fast paced! Tying lose ends is one of Kindle Alexander excellent traits as an author. She does know her thing! I almost wished, though, that the story went longer because seriously, Kindle knows how to bring characters into life. My standing ovation from Manila to wherever Kindle Alexander is!!! Bravo!!
