The preliminary competition concluded last night in Las Vegas and just a few hours ago here in Manila and I’m still reviewing the performances of the 89 contestants to come up with my Top 16! While doing so, here’s our very own Janine Tugonon in her “official evening gown” during the Evening Gown portion of the prelims. What do you think of the gown and how she sashay with it? Love it or hate it?

That was such an ugly gown in terms of proportions, colors and materials used. It was obviously not custom made for her… But her grace, elegance, and charm helped her pull it off.. I hope and pray that Ms. Stella Marquez – Araneta will lose the ownership of Binibining Pilipinas…
