The life of one of the most beautiful Venezuelans to ever grace the stage of one of the most memorable Miss Universe editions from the last decade tragically ended when she was murdered along with her husband in a highway in Valencia, Venezuela.
Spear represented Venezuela during the Miss Universe 2005 held in Thailand and placed 5th overall. After the pageant, she eventually landed roles in soap operas that made her one of the most successful actresses in her homeland. She and her husband Henry Berry got married in 2008 and filed for divorce in 2012. The couple had a daughter named Maya born in 2008.
