Merry Joyce or MJ is the reigning Miss Bulacan 2012. She is currently taking Tourism Management at the Bulacan State University. This 18 year old stunner maybe one of the youngest in the competition but she’s also one of the standouts during the final screening for her natural charm. Will she reign supreme come April 14?
