History was made on September 25, 2025, as Filipino model and fitness trainer Kirk Bondad was crowned Mister International 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand. Competing against 41 other delegates from around the world, Bondad’s win marks a monumental moment for Philippine pageantry, becoming only the second Filipino to win the international title after Neil Perez’s victory in 2014.
Kirk Bondad, born on June 7, 1997, is no stranger to the spotlight. Known for his work as a model, fitness advocate, and pageant contender, Bondad has steadily built his pageant résumé over the years.
Representing Baguio City, he won the Mister Pilipinas International 2025 title earlier this year, which qualified him to compete at Mister International. Prior to this, he was Mister World Philippines 2022 and competed in Mister World 2024, placing in the Top 20. He also took home the male title in the Century Tuna Superbods competition in 2022.
Kirk was born to a Filipino mother of Igorot descent from Mountain Province and a German father. He is also the younger brother of model and actor Clint Bondad. He holds a degree in Business Administration from GBSB Global Business School in Spain, proving he’s got both brains and brawn.
Leading up to the Mister International 2025 finals, Kirk stood out in multiple segments:

- 🧠 Strong performance during the final Q&A, where he spoke passionately about protecting children and the importance of access to education
- 🇵🇭 His costume, titled “Perlas Celestia – The Celestial Pearl”, was a showstopper designed by Patrick Isorena, representing the Philippines as a divine treasure
Kirk ultimately triumphed over first runner-up Saadedine Hneineh of Lebanon and second runner-up Seung-ho Choi of Korea, with outgoing titleholder Nwajagu Samuel of Nigeria passing the crown.
In his post-win remarks, Kirk emphasized that pageantry is more than just looks and titles. For him, it’s about using the platform to inspire, to advocate, and to create positive impact. His authenticity and humility shone through during the competition and continue to win hearts around the world.
