I had a great time staying here. I thought the place was really “homey” which is what I’ve expected from having read so many good reviews about it.
Tita Mary Daoas who owned the place was interesting and very motherly. I spoke to her twice and had a little chikahan and I feel like I’m talking to my Mom / Aunt. She was really mabait (kind).
The lodge has a wifi area at their reception area (ground floor) and offers free coffee and tea to their guests (plus points!)
I occupied a single bed room which has its own cabinet, a table and a chair plus a single electric socket for all your “electronic” needs. I was at the third floor and there were three shared bathroom with installed heater for each. The floor also has its own living area that has a TV in it.
My stay there has been nothing short of amazing. I feel more comfortable and at ease with the overall feel of the inn. I so recommend that you book a little in advance because I was told that they’re almost always fully booked.
